Investing in Education

Hubert knows that students are Stamford’s future. His plan to secure funding for essential building repairs, increase access to education opportunities, and expand community programs will put our students first.

Lower Cost of Living

After completing active duty in the U.S. Army, Hubert returned to Stamford and found a changing city with a lack of affordable housing. He will use this perspective and develop fiscally responsible solutions with state and local leadership to tackle the rising cost of living in our city.

Revitalizing Our Economy

The COVID-19 pandemic has only made it more difficult for small businesses to thrive. Hubert will work to streamline processes that will provide long-term economic stability and growth in our business community.

Protecting Our Seniors

Senior residents in our community deserve a leader that will continue to advocate for them. As State Representative, Hubert will fight for lower prescription drug costs, property tax relief, and social security tax exemptions so that our residents can age in the city they call home.

Fighting for Veterans and First Responders

As a U.S Army Sergeant, Hubert knows the sacrifice and service of soldiers and those who sign up to put themselves in harm’s way. As your state representative, Hubert will be a voice for veterans and first responders. He will work to expand access and communications about the benefits and resources available to those serving in the line of duty.
